Day 1 : Haridwar – Barkot (200 km / 7 hrs)
Welcome to Uttarakhand!
Pickup from Haridwar and drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti, the starting point of the 6 km trek to Yamunotri. You can trek on foot or opt for a pony or doli (at your own expense). At Yamunotri, participate in the unique ritual of cooking rice in the hot kund, which pilgrims take home as prasad. Offer pooja at Divya Shila, take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund, and seek blessings from Maa Yamuna. Return to Hanuman Chatti, then drive back to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Barkot – Naitala (Uttarkashi)
After breakfast, drive to Naitala, Uttarkashi, with a visit to the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple en route. Check in at the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km / 3 hrs each way)
Proceed to Gangotri (3048 meters), enjoying scenic views of Harsil Village, the Bhagirathi River, and the majestic Himalayas. After darshan at Gangotri, return to Naitala, Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Phata/Badhasu
After breakfast, drive towards Sonprayag, covering Rudraprayag en route. Check in at the hotel in Phata/Badhasu for a night halt.
Day 6 : Phata/Badhasu – Kedarnath
Early morning, drive to Sonprayag, then take a local jeep to Gaurikund. Begin the trek to Kedarnath (3584 meters) on foot or by pony/doli (at your own expense). Upon arrival, seek darshan at Kedarnath Ji, and stay overnight at a tent colony or guesthouse in Kedarnath.
Day 7 : Kedarnath – Phata/Guptkashi
After morning darshan, trek back to Gaurikund and return to Sonprayag. From there, drive to Phata/Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 8 : Phata/Badhasu – Tungnath Temple – Chopta
After breakfast, proceed to Chopta, also known as the Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand. Begin a 3.5 km trek to the sacred Tungnath Temple. If interested, continue for 1 km to Chandrashila Temple. After darshan, return to Chopta, and stay overnight at Swiss Camps in Baniyakund.
Day 9 : Chopta – Badrinath
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath, stopping at the Narsingh Temple. Pilgrims can take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund before seeking darshan at Badrivishal. Other notable sites include Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhim Pul, and the Saraswati River’s origin. Stay overnight at Badrinath Dham.
Day 10 : Badrinath – Haridwar
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar, visiting Devprayag and Dhari Devi Temple en route. Upon arrival in Haridwar, the tour concludes.
